Covenant is humbled and honored to announce that Dalton, Ga.-based Shaw Industries, one of the world's largest carpet manufacturers, has named Covenant Logistics its Carrier of the Year for the third time. During the recent award presentation, Shaw executives shared that they selected Covenant due to our responsive, reliable, and on-time service; open lines of communication; and service flexibility in 2022. Covenant moved 2,163 inbound loads last year on time and on budget, with a high level of operational efficiency.  

Covenant’s Ed Raske, Vice President, National Accounts, accepted the surprise award. In a heartfelt letter he later wrote to his team, Raske said: “I am so honored to have accepted Shaw’s Carrier of the Year award on behalf of Covenant. The credit goes to not only the Covenant team members who were in the room with me that day, but to every company department, division and person that touches the account, directly or indirectly. I am grateful and thankful to be part of Covenant and I am truly humbled to call my teammates colleagues in the trucking industry.”  

Shaw previously selected Covenant for its Carrier of the Year award in both 2022 and 2016.
