Covenant Vice President of Operations – Customer Service and Planning, Lisa Strader was recognized as Top women to watch in Transportation 2022 by the Women in Trucking Association.

Lisa has been with Covenant for 24 years and consistently been a top performer, more importantly, a true leader of people. Lisa is based in our headquarters in Chattanooga, TN where she not only takes her role as VP of Operations seriously, but she excels at it daily, and now she is getting the recognition she deserves.

The Women In Trucking Association, Inc. is a nonprofit association established to encourage the employment of women in the trucking industry, promote their accomplishments and minimize obstacles faced by women working in the trucking industry.
