The Overview –
Covenant has had along standing strategic partnership with a service station company including a maintenance and fueling program. As the relationship strengthened, the customer partnered with us to begin providing them with dedicated transportation. Through the dedicated transportation, Covenant was able to convert the customers private fleet and retain a significant portion of its driver fleet, helping our customer’s exposure to the potential liabilities of having their own fleet.
The Challenge –
The client approached us for assistance in managing the challenges posed by an aging workforce and fleet. An aging fleet in logistics can escalate maintenance costs and compromise reliability, while an aging workforce may struggle to adapt to novel technologies and processes. They also sought our expertise to provide essential assets that would help them efficiently manage their transportation needs.

- 14 trucks/29 drivers spanning two operations in TN & AZ
- Servicing of 300 facilities, regular engineering support
